What Is A Business Plan?

When creating a business plan, one of the hardest but simple things one needs to know is what type of business you want to create. I sit here and I ask myself that question. I know that a business plan includes: 


-Executive Summary.
-Company Summary. 
-Products, Goods, and or Services. 
-Market Analysis.
-Strategy and Implementation Plan. 
-Management.
-Financial Plan. 
-Appendix.


Knowing the type of Business you are trying to create can help the process of finishing the business plan.

One may ask how you find that out.

The one thing that each product or service has to do is solve a problem that your customers/clients are having.
